Margo Greenmg

Artist, Margo I. Green, a contemporary abstract artist, has exhibited in galleries in Houston, Galveston, Clear Lake, Pearland and Austin. She received her BS Degree in Art and completed certificates in Interior Design and Floral Design. Her abstract impressionistic, colorful, textural work has been accepted in sixteen juried shows in the past three years including the prestigious Hunting Prize Award. Her paintings have been selected by jurists who have included: the Curator of prints and drawings at the Art Institute

of Chicago; the Deputy Director of art Seattle Art Museum; the independent curator of Artpace in San Antonio; Richard Eastman, Eastman Design Center, Houston; Keith Carter, Lamar University Beaumont; Wayne Gilbert G Gallery, Houston; Max Harrison, M Squared, Houston and Janet Hassinger, Glassell School of Art, Houston.

M. I. Green has exhibited at the Museum of Cultural Arts, Houston and is a resident member of Betz Gallery, Houston and Winter St. Studios No. 3, Houston.  Ms. Green has been a juror for The University of Houston Clear Lake-Pearland private collection.  www.migreendesigns.vpweb.com
